We are an over 45’s park and children are not permitted to reside permanantly on the park in order to maintain a peaceful ambience, though they may of course visit and stay for short periods.
Who maintains the park?
We are responsible for maintaining the park’s grounds, security, lighting and any communal facilities along with your own plots lawned area.
How secure is the park?
As well as it being a gated community with all owners having key fob and passcode access we also have an onsite warden should you have an emergency.
Will I like it here?

Are pets allowed?
We are a pet friendly park however we do limit one pet per residence. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when out and about and we ask that owners clear up any fouling on park.
Can I fence off my plot?
Because we maintain all areas of the park fencing is not permitted however, you will be provided with a clear plan of the area designated for your use and feel free to use pot plants to create a nice border if you wish.
Do I own the land?
Park home tenancy is ‘Virtual Freehold’ which means you own the home and have the right to reside on your plot in perpetuity. The home can also be passed down to direct family members who can continue the plot occupation provided they meet the park rules refering to age, children and pets.
Can I get a mortgage?
Because there is no land transaction unfornunately these properties cannot be mortgaged so you would have to prchase as a cash customer only.
Do I need a solicitor?
We use our solicitors to prepare your ‘Written Statement’ and to draft your sales paperwork which you are more than welcome to have you solicitor look over but it is not a legal requirement on your part.
Is my purchase protected?
Your rights are fully protected by an act of law (The Mobile Homes Act 2013).
Will my home last long?
Modern park homes are built to residential specification British Standard 3632 and are built to an eceptionally high standard in state of the art UK based manufacturing facilities and all come with a 10 year structural warranty just like new build homes so they should last a lifetime if maintained properly.
Can I exchange my home?
