Once you have decided that joining us at Thames Retreat is right for your next move our team will help you select the right home.  You can browse a selection of homes that suit your budget, pick one and then leave a deposit safe in the knowledge that your dream home is now secured.

Finalise your purchase, conclude paperwork and take ownership.

When you are ready to complete your purchase simply get in touch with a member of our team.  Typically around one month before completion you will start legal proceedings with our specialist solicitors, you will get a draft copy of the 2013 mobile home act for your approval.

On the day of completion funds are transferred, paperwork signed and keys exchanged. Then all that is left is for you to start enjoying the next step  of the rest of your life.
